It can be cut horizontally or vertically. 1、 Introduction A kind of saw designed by using the principle of rope saw and wood cutting to cut brittle and hard materials. It is mainly composed of rope saw drive, flywheel, guide wheel and rope saw chain (made of diamond material). 2、 System composition of wire saw 3、 Performance requirements The application of rope saw machine is double frequency conversion. The frequency of large frequency converter (55kW) has only one control mode, and the manual potentiometer Ai1 controls the speed regulation; Control mode of frequency of small frequency converter (0.75KW): 1. Manual: controlled by potentiometer Ai1 and multi-stage speed control of multi-function input terminal; 2. Automatic (PID control): the text screen communicates with the small frequency converter to set the digital setting of PID, and AI2 (connected to the actual current AO1 of the large frequency converter) is used as feedback; 3. High speed: after the two speed motor is switched from level 8 to level 2, the speed regulation is also controlled by potentiometer Ai1 (the potentiometer is turned to the maximum). U small frequency converter two speed motor switching (key): When switching from "manual" or "automatic" to "high speed", the motor switching terminal (x4) of the frequency converter is closed, and the frequency converter stops automatically first. After stopping, the frequency converter relay acts to drive the external intermediate relay (three groups of contacts are used for motor switching) to act. The motor is switched from level 8 to level 2. The motor switching is completed. After the set delay, the frequency converter restarts automatically, and the motor starts to run at high speed at level 2. The whole process is completed automatically.
